Maelle and Tom Nook

Maelle is my newest neighbour. I think she is from Mitsukyo. Is this German she is speaking? What does anfänger mean? Yuki, can you help me out? I need to understand Maelle, she may not be my friend if I keep asking her to translate anfänger.  I hope she is not cursing at me.

Yesterday, I sold 50 turnips to Nook at 143 bells a turnip. Who knew that he would buy them today at 167 bells. This is the highest he has ever offered. Could it be because I put a four leaf clover in Leesh's hair today?

Autumn is Here!!!

I love how the leaves actually change colour day by day. Here's the normal green colour:

And then, it changes to a faded green:

Sooner or later, the leaves turn orange (it doesn't quite look orange in this picture)...

Animal Crossing Halloween Costume

I was searching for an image for a four leaf clover and I came across this...a costume of Tangy. I don't think that I have ever come across Tangy but what a cute idea!

I just wanted to say that I got my first four leaf clover, one that I picked up myself. I did receive one from Yuki (of Mitsukyo) during one of my visits but I actually got MY own two days ago.  I wonder if I will get more???

Yuki and Leesh in Mitsukyo

ARGHHHHH...we were playing and our game froze and now we lost connection. I have stupid Resetti on my screen and I don't know if I have turn off my game or just wait. Now I have to restart and hopefully Yuki is still there.

And she was still there, waiting for me by her gate.  We didn't play any games or fish, we just talked about food and blue roses. Although it was a short visit, it was a pleasant one.  See you in two weeks.  Where were you Meow???

I did fish a little bit while we were talking. Leesh is holding the dab and Yuki is to her left.

Here are two letters that I received in the past few days...

With the Acorn Festival, I collected almost all the Mush series and the forest wall.  The only thing I wasn't able to get was the Forest floor.  Look for many HRA points I got on Sunday, I almost got a two-story model with this letter!

I wonder if this message in a bottle that washed up on shore is from Nicola who I met last week in Mitsukyo?

Play date in Mitsukyo on Oct 4

I finally got to schedule a time to play in Mitsukyo with Yuki and Meow. I was about half an hour late for my play date but luckily, Yuki and Meow were there roaming around with Maggie (who I wonder is the same Maggie who left me a post months ago). Please check out Yuki's post on our visit. She's got more pictures!

Yuki asked all of us to get some candles. Leesh wasn't paying attention because she picked up sparklers instead. Look at all of us with white hair except for Meow with blue hair. From L to R: Maggie, Yuki, Leesh and Meow.

The Touch Event for the month of October in Mitsukyo is furniture. All you have to do is pick up an item and then drop it back. It then becomes part of your shopping catalog. I finally understand this concept and am not scared to participate in the touch event.

Vesta is Leesh's favorite neighbour in Mitsukyo. Vesta always writes to Leesh.

Cloud surfing...

Nicola stopped in for a visit. We all decided to cloud surf but Yuki had other plans...

...she decided to whack us with her golden net.  It then became a net fight.  Sadly, Leesh was the only one without a golden net.

I tried to take a picture of Nicola but she's too fast. I think she was sleepwalking at Nook's.

Watch out for rotten acorns

Yesterday, the Acorn Festival started. It's fun picking up the acorns and handing them over to Cornimer but watch out. Make sure that you don't have any rotten acorns in your pocket when you go to see Cornimer. If you even have one in your pocket, Cornimer will take away all your good acorns. He took 10 good acorns from me and didn't give me any mush items.

You have now been warned!

Just another Sunday but with a little surprise

It's just the usual Sunday, watering plants and looking for Joan to buy some white and red turnips. I can't believe that this week, Joan was selling white turnips for 110 bells. I hope this week, Nook buys them at a high bell price. I need to make some bells!

Brody in the back Ranch room where they store turnips.

But what a lovely surprise to see a rainbow after morning showers. I have been playing Animal Crossing since January and I have never seen a rainbow. So pretty!

Acorns

Dear Animal Crossing,

I received a letter from my mom and she gave me an acorn. What do I do with it?

From,
Leesh, Ross and Brody
